Limits of Intelligence: Meaning and Value

Internationale Herbstschule vom 30. September bis 04. Oktober an der New School, New York

The Institute for Philosophy and the New Humanities convenes graduate students and distinguished scholars from The New School, the University of Bonn (Germany), and other institutions for intensive five-day seminars on pressing questions in contemporary philosophy and the humanities. Seminars run during the fall semester, with additional seminar work in the spring.

Housed within The New School for Social Research (NSSR), the Institute for Philosophy and the New Humanities was established with generous assistance from the Udo Keller Foundation, and through the collaboration of Markus Gabriel, chair for epistemology, modern and contemporary philosophy and director of the International Centre for Philosophy at the University of Bonn; Zed Adams, associate professor of philosophy at NSSR; and Paul Kottman, professor of comparative literature and chair of liberal studies at NSSR.
